Extraer un archivo swf o flash de Word y Excel

Este tutorial te enseñará a extraer un Archivo Flash o .swf de tus archivos de Word y Excel
Iniciemos.

1. Presionamos Alt + F11

2. Hacer Clik en ver código fuente.

3. En el Recuadro que nos apareció colocamos el siguiente código (copiamos exactamente como está):

5. Presionamos F5 y nos aparecerá la ventana donde está guardado el archivo .doc, .xls, pptx, etc, donde está incrustado el flash y lo seleccionamos.
